Alphanumeric dispatch is also custom fit to meet your needs.
Every call is answered live with your company name. The CSR takes a
complete message with name, telephone number, and what the call is
regarding. A text message is paged to you immediately, along with
the time and date of each page. This method saves our clients
immensely on unnecessary cell phone charges. Alphanumeric Dispatch
provides faster, more efficient communications.
Call Overflow
Call Overflow allows your company to forward any calls that are
directed to your business and are not answered by the third ring.
This helps prevent missed calls or sales, due to a busy phone line
or long waits customers may experience on hold. With call overflow,
